Return & Refund policy

Refunds are issued by the supplier to the retailer.

Customers will contact the retailer with any requests for a return and the retailer will then contact the supplier.

There is a 14-day return policy of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 14 days of the initial notification. We offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days of the item being received. Customers initiate return requests with the retailer, who then contacts the supplier.
